  and two pools built for the William Lyon Company, one of California’s
  largest developers.

  A five story Time Share Resort Building consisting of 17 apartment units,
  lobby and manager’s office.

   

  Oakbrook Shopping Center – Lauderhill, Florida
  Builders and Developers of this Mediterranean styled center located on
  Oakland Park Boulevard. Phase I consists of 43.000 square feet. Phase II
  consists of an additional 21,000 square feet.

   

  Reflections at Welleby – Sunrise, Florida
  A three phase “showcase” rental complex consisting of 42 buildings.  Phase I includes a total of 172 apartment units together with an elaborate clubhouse,
  pool and recreation area. Phase II has 214 apartment units and Phase III an additional 52 units. This development was constructed for The William Lyon Company.
